<h2>3. Intellectual Property Rights</h2><p style="color:#6b7280;line-height:1.7;font-size:1rem">Our Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Venizo Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our Services without our prior written permission.</p><p style="color:#6b7280;line-height:1.7;font-size:1rem">You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.</p>

<h2>4. Limitation of Liability</h2><p style="color:#6b7280;line-height:1.7;font-size:1rem">Venizo Labs provides its Services "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.</p><p style="color:#6b7280;line-height:1.7;font-size:1rem">To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venizo Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.</p>

<h2>5. Termination</h2><p style="color:#6b7280;line-height:1.7;font-size:1rem">We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.</p><p style="color:#6b7280;line-height:1.7;font-size:1rem">You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination. We will retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.</p>

<h2>6. Changes to Terms</h2><p style="color:#6b7280;line-height:1.7;font-size:1rem">We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Services and terminate your account.</p><p style="color:#6b7280;line-height:1.7;font-size:1rem">These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Venizo Labs regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.</p>
