WARRIVO TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the use of the Warrivo application ("Warrivo", the "Application") by users and the developer and service provider of the Application, VenizoLabs ("VenizoLabs", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Warrivo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.
1. What Is Warrivo?
Warrivo is a personal product and warranty tracking application that helps users organize products they own, purchase information, warranty periods, return dates, receipts, documents, service records, and other related information.
Warrivo is not a manufacturer, seller, distributor, service provider, insurance company, legal advisor, or warranty service provider.
Warranty, return, or service information displayed by the Application is based on information entered by the user or obtained through scanning.
2. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you add to the Application.
In particular, users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the following information:
* Purchase date
* Warranty start and expiration dates
* Return deadline
* Product price
* Serial number
* Invoice or receipt information
* Service records
* Warranty terms and conditions
* Seller or manufacturer information
Information obtained through OCR, barcode, or serial number scanning performed by Warrivo must be verified by the user. Scanning results may be generated automatically and may contain errors.
No date or information displayed by Warrivo should be assumed to be legally, commercially, or warranty-wise definitive or binding.
For warranty and return rights, the original documents and terms provided by the relevant seller, manufacturer, service provider, or applicable legislation should be relied upon.
3. Free Use
Warrivo allows users to register up to 5 products as part of its basic free functionality.
The features available under the free version may vary depending on the current version and technical implementation of the Application.
The scope of the free version may be updated in the future.
4. Premium and One-Time Purchase
Warrivo may offer Premium access through in-app purchases.
The Premium purchase:
* Is a one-time purchase.
* Is not a subscription.
* Does not automatically renew.
* Does not involve recurring monthly or annual charges.
* Provides access to supported Premium features after purchase.
Unlimited product and document capacity and the specified Premium features are provided according to the scope displayed within the Application at the time of purchase.
Premium purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
Payment, billing, refunds, and related account matters are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
Premium access may be restored through Apple's supported purchase restoration system.
5. Access After Purchase
Premium access depends on verification of the purchase by Apple.
If a user loses access to the Apple Account used for the purchase, the user may need to follow Apple's applicable procedures regarding purchase history or access.
Warrivo does not guarantee Premium access for purchases that cannot be verified by Apple or that have become invalid.
6. Data Storage
Warrivo is designed to store product, document, photo, note, and similar content created by the user locally on the device during normal use of the Application.
Warrivo is not designed to store user data on a centralized server or to require users to create an account.
Users may lose local data if they reset their device, delete the Application, delete data from the device, or if the device is lost or damaged.
Users are responsible for using the export features provided by the Application to help prevent data loss.
7. Data Export
Warrivo may allow users, in supported versions, to export their data in JSON, CSV, PDF, or other applicable formats.
Once exported files leave the user's device, they are under the user's control.
The user is responsible for:
* Where exported files are stored,
* With whom they are shared,
* Which devices they are stored on,
* Whether they are uploaded to cloud services,
* Whether they are sent by email or messaging services.
VenizoLabs is not responsible for the security of exported files transferred by the user to third parties or uploaded to third-party services.
8. Backups
The export feature of Warrivo may be used by the user for backup purposes.
However, performing the export, storing the file securely, and keeping it available for recovery when necessary are the user's responsibility.
VenizoLabs is not responsible for the loss, corruption, or unauthorized access of backups stored by the user on their own device or on a third-party storage service selected by the user.
9. Documents and User Content
The user agrees that they have the right to use, or the necessary authorization to use, the photos, receipts, invoices, documents, notes, and other content they add to Warrivo.
Users must not add personal information belonging to others, confidential documents, or content they are not legally authorized to share without appropriate authorization.
The accuracy, legality, and content of user-created content remain the responsibility of the user.
10. OCR and Scanning Features
Warrivo's receipt, barcode, and serial number scanning features are provided as assistance tools.
The accuracy of automatically recognized information is not guaranteed.
Users should verify scanning results before saving them or using them for warranty, return, service, or other purposes.
11. Notifications and Reminders
Warrivo may send notifications relating to warranty and return dates.
Receipt of notifications depends on:
* Device settings,
* Notification permissions,
* Operating system behavior,
* Application settings,
* The operating condition of the device.
Therefore, Warrivo does not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered on time or delivered with certainty.
Users should not rely solely on Warrivo notifications to preserve their warranty or return rights.
12. Application Availability
Warrivo is not guaranteed to operate continuously, without interruption, or without errors.
The Application may be changed, temporarily become unavailable, or have certain features removed due to reasons including:
* Operating system updates,
* Changes to Apple's platforms,
* Device compatibility,
* Technical maintenance,
* Security updates,
* Unexpected technical issues.
13. Updates
VenizoLabs may update the Application to improve its functionality, address security vulnerabilities, add new features, or modify existing features.
Certain features may require installation of the latest version of the Application.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the software, design, branding elements, user interface, texts, graphical elements, and other original content of Warrivo are owned by VenizoLabs or the respective rights holders.
These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights in Warrivo to the user.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial redistribution of the Application may be prohibited under applicable law.
15. Prohibited Uses
Users may not use Warrivo:
* For unlawful purposes,
* In a manner that infringes the rights of others,
* To distribute malware or malicious code,
* To interfere with the security or operation of the Application,
* To attempt to obtain unauthorized access,
* In a manner that interferes with the normal operation of the Application.
16. Limitation of Liability
Warrivo is a personal tracking and organization tool.
Information provided by the Application does not constitute professional legal, financial, insurance, warranty, or technical advice.
To the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law, VenizoLabs is not responsible for consequences arising from the user's loss of:
* Warranty rights,
* Return rights,
* Service rights,
* Consumer rights,
* Insurance rights,
or from the user's reliance solely on information or reminders provided by the Application.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Relationship with Apple
Warrivo may use an in-app purchase infrastructure provided by Apple.
Apple is not the owner or operator of Warrivo.
These Terms do not modify Apple's own terms of use, Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, or any other agreement between Apple and the user.
18. Termination of the Service
Users may delete the Application from their device at any time.
VenizoLabs may modify or discontinue the Application, in whole or in part, for technical, security, legal, or commercial reasons.
In such circumstances, applicable consumer protection laws and Apple's in-app purchase policies remain unaffected.
19. Privacy
Warrivo's practices regarding the processing of personal data are described in the separately published Privacy Policy and applicable KVKK Information Notice.
The Privacy Policy is considered an integral part of these Terms.
20. Changes
VenizoLabs may update these Terms when necessary.
Updated Terms will be published with a new "Last Updated" date.
Where significant changes are made, users may be notified through appropriate means where deemed necessary.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed, to the extent applicable, by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
For disputes arising from consumer transactions, the mandatory legal rights of consumers and the jurisdiction of competent authorities remain reserved.
