Warrivo: Warranty Tracker — Venizo Labs

WARRIVO PRIVACY POLICY AND KVKK INFORMATION NOTICE
Last Updated: September 17, 2026
Warrivo (the "Application") has been developed to help users organize their products, warranty periods, receipts, documents, service records, and related information on their devices.
This Privacy Policy explains Warrivo's approach to personal data and the privacy rights of users.
1. Data Controller

Warrivo does not collect, store, or analyze users' personal data on its own servers. The Application primarily processes and stores product, warranty, receipt, document, photo, service record, note, and similar information entered by the user or created through the Application locally on the user's own device.
Warrivo does not require users to create an account, transmit data to a server, or transfer personal information to VenizoLabs in order to use the Application.
Data created or stored on the user's device through the Application is not transferred to VenizoLabs' servers and is not remotely accessed by VenizoLabs.
The user retains control over the data stored on their device. If the user voluntarily shares exported files, backups, or documents through iCloud, Google Drive, email, messaging applications, or other third-party services, such transfer is not performed by Warrivo and is subject to the privacy policies of the relevant third-party service.
Warrivo does not use advertising, user behavior analytics, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking technologies.
2. What Data Does Warrivo Process?
During normal use, product records created by the user are stored locally on the device.
These may include:
* Product name
* Brand
* Model
* Serial number
* Barcode information
* Purchase date
* Place of purchase
* Price and currency
* Warranty dates
* Return dates
* Notes
* Product photos
* Receipts and invoices
* Other product documents
* Service records
* Service provider information
* Repair information
* Service costs
* Before-and-after photos
* Warranty claim information
* Health check records
* Data exported by the user
A significant portion of this information is voluntarily entered by the user into the Application or created using scanning features available on the device.
3. Where Is the Data Stored?
Warrivo is designed so that product and document information is stored locally on the device as part of its core functionality.
Warrivo:
* Does not require a user account.
* Does not operate its own centralized user database.
* Does not send user product records to servers for advertising purposes.
* Does not use advertising networks.
* Does not track user behavior for advertising purposes.
* Does not use third-party analytics SDKs.
The core product and document data is stored on the user's device during normal use of Warrivo.
4. Account and Membership
A user account is not required to use Warrivo.
Warrivo does not require an email address, phone number, or password-based account system to manage product records.
5. Receipt, Barcode, and Serial Number Scanning
Warrivo may provide receipt, barcode, and serial number scanning features on supported devices.
Scanning is designed to be performed on the device.
Information obtained through OCR and barcode scanning may be reviewed by the user before being confirmed.
The user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of scanning results.
6. Photos and Documents
Users may add product photos, receipts, invoices, and other documents to the Application.
This content may be stored locally on the device within the Application's local data area.
Warrivo does not use these documents for advertising, marketing, or user profiling purposes.
The user is responsible for the privacy of documents added to the Application and for having the necessary authorization to add such documents.
7. Export and User Responsibility
Warrivo may allow users, in supported versions, to export their data in JSON, CSV, PDF, or other supported formats.
When a user exports data, the file may leave the device.
For example, the user may transfer the file to:
* iCloud Drive,
* Google Drive,
* Dropbox,
* email,
* messaging applications,
* an external drive,
* another device.
When this transfer is initiated by the user, the subsequent security of the exported data is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant third-party service and the security measures chosen by the user.
VenizoLabs is not responsible for the security of files that the user voluntarily transfers to third-party services.
Users should be aware that exported files may contain personal or sensitive information and should only be shared with trusted individuals or services.
8. Backup and Data Loss
Because Warrivo does not provide a centralized user-account-based cloud backup system, local data may be lost as a result of:
* loss,
* theft,
* damage,
* device reset,
* deletion of the Application,
* operating system-related data loss,
* data deletion performed by the user.
Users are responsible for regularly exporting important records and storing them in a secure location.
9. Apple and In-App Purchases
Warrivo Premium purchases may be processed through Apple's in-app purchase system.
Apple's own privacy and data processing policies may apply to the purchase process.
Warrivo does not have access to payment card, bank account, or similar payment information used within Apple's payment infrastructure.
The Application may use purchase or transaction information provided by Apple to verify the user's Premium entitlement.
10. Notifications
When the user grants notification permission, Warrivo may create local notifications relating to warranty, return, or other reminders.
The creation and display of these notifications depend on the device's operating system and user settings.
The purpose of local notifications is to remind users of dates they have configured.
11. Usage Data and Analytics
Warrivo's current implementation does not use advertising analytics, behavioral advertising tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
The Application is not designed to profile user behavior for advertising purposes.
12. Advertising
Warrivo does not display advertisements.
The Application does not use advertising networks, advertising profiling, or personalized advertising systems.
13. Transfers to Third Parties
During normal use of Warrivo, user-created product and document records are not intended to be transferred to a centralized advertising or marketing database.
During export or sharing actions explicitly initiated by the user, data may be sent to selected third-party services.
For example, if a user sends a document through email or another sharing service, the transfer takes place through the relevant third-party system.
The privacy policies of those third-party services apply to such transfers.
14. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Where applicable, personal data within Warrivo may be processed for the following purposes:
* Providing the core functionality of the Application
* Managing product and document records by the user
* Storing user-created records locally on the device
* Verifying Premium purchase entitlements
* Performing export and sharing operations requested by the user
* Responding to technical support requests
* Fulfilling legal obligations
* Protecting the security and integrity of the Application
15. Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the processing of personal data is based on the applicable legal basis for each processing activity.
Depending on the specific processing activity, these may include:

* Processing being necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
* Processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller,
* Other legal grounds provided by applicable law.
Where explicit consent is required, the necessary consent will be obtained separately.
Explicit consent is a separate legal process from the obligation to provide information under applicable data protection legislation.
16. Data Retention Period
User data stored locally by Warrivo on the device may remain on the device until it is deleted by the user or the relevant Application data is removed from the device.
Personal data obtained by VenizoLabs through technical support, legal obligations, or communication initiated by the user will be retained for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and in accordance with applicable legal retention requirements.
When the applicable retention period expires, the relevant data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation.
17. Data Security
VenizoLabs seeks to implement applicable technical and administrative measures to prevent unlawful processing of and access to personal data under its control and to protect the security of such data.
However, the security of data stored locally on the device largely depends on the user's device security.
Users are advised to:
* Use a strong device passcode,
* Enable device security features such as Face ID or Touch ID,
* Keep the operating system up to date,
* Store exported files in secure locations.
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to provide absolute security.
18. Children's Privacy
Warrivo is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children.
If the personal data of a child is processed while using the Application, the requirements of the relevant legal representatives and applicable legislation must be observed.
19. User Rights
Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), data subjects may, to the extent applicable, have the following rights regarding their personal data:

The scope and exercise of these rights are subject to applicable legislation.
