This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Receipt Pro mobile application ("Application") developed by Venizo Labs ("Developer", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Receipt Pro, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.
1. Definitions
Application
The Receipt Pro iOS application.
User
Any individual using the Application.
Premium
Subscription-based premium functionality.
Subscription
An auto-renewable subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.
Content
Receipts, warranty records, notes, exported PDF files, CSV files, and other information created by the user.
2. License Grant
Venizo Labs grants you a limited license to use Receipt Pro.
This license is:
• personal,
• non-exclusive,
• non-transferable,
• non-sublicensable,
• revocable.
The Application may be used solely for:
• personal purposes,
• lawful business expense tracking,
• receipt management.
3. Ownership
Receipt Pro, including its:
• source code,
• interface,
• graphics,
• icons,
• documentation,
• algorithms,
• databases,
• visual assets,
remains the exclusive intellectual property of Venizo Labs.
No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.
Only a limited license to use the Application is granted.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree to:
• use the Application lawfully,
• provide accurate information,
• respect third-party rights,
• avoid misuse,
• comply with applicable laws.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
• copy the source code,
• reverse engineer,
• decompile,
• modify security mechanisms,
• redistribute,
• sublicense,
• rent,
• sell,
• reproduce for commercial purposes,
• introduce malware,
• interfere with the Application,
• attempt unauthorized access.
Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of the license.
6. Updates
Receipt Pro may receive updates including:
• bug fixes,
• performance improvements,
• security patches,
• feature additions,
• interface enhancements.
Some features may require the latest available version.
7. System Requirements
Receipt Pro requires:
• iOS 17 or later
• a supported iPhone device.
Compatibility with older operating system versions is not guaranteed.
8. User Data
Receipt Pro processes most information locally on the user's device.
Users remain responsible for:
• receipt information,
• warranty records,
• exported PDFs,
• exported CSV files,
• manually entered information.
Deleted data may not be recoverable.
9. Accounts
Receipt Pro does not require an account for its core functionality.
Users may optionally authenticate using Sign in with Apple.
Where applicable, Apple's terms governing Apple ID services also apply.
10. Premium Subscription
Certain Receipt Pro features are available only through a Premium subscription.
Premium access is provided through Apple's Auto-Renewable Subscription system.
Premium features may be modified, expanded, or updated over time.
11. Free Trial
Receipt Pro may offer a free trial for eligible subscription plans.
The current monthly subscription includes a 7-day free trial.
No charge is applied during the trial period.
Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the applicable subscription fee will automatically be charged to the user's Apple ID account.
Apple generally limits free trials to one per eligible Apple ID.
12. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
To avoid renewal, users must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Renewal charges are processed by Apple within the final 24 hours of the active subscription.
13. Pricing
Subscription prices displayed in the App Store may vary depending on:
• country,
• currency,
• taxes,
• Apple's pricing policies.
The App Store price at the time of purchase is the governing price.
14. Payments
All payments are processed exclusively by Apple.
Venizo Labs:
• does not receive payment card information,
• does not store banking information,
• does not operate payment infrastructure,
• cannot access users' payment credentials.
Payments are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms.
15. Subscription Management
Users may manage their subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.
Users may:
• cancel subscriptions,
• change plans where supported by Apple,
• disable automatic renewal.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not immediately terminate Premium access.
Premium access continues until the current billing period expires.
16. Restore Purchases
Receipt Pro supports Apple's Restore Purchases functionality.
Previously purchased eligible subscriptions may be restored after Apple's verification process using the same Apple ID.
17. Refunds
Venizo Labs cannot directly issue refunds.
Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple under Apple's refund policies.
Users may request refunds through Apple's official support channels where eligible.
18. Price Changes
Venizo Labs reserves the right to change subscription pricing in the future.
Any pricing updates are implemented through Apple's subscription system.
Where required, Apple will notify users and obtain any legally required consent.
19. Changes to Premium Features
Premium features may be:
• expanded,
• improved,
• reorganized,
• discontinued.
Such changes are intended to improve the overall application experience.
20. Internet Connection
Internet access may be required for:
• purchasing subscriptions,
• validating subscriptions,
• restoring purchases,
• Apple licensing verification.
Most core Receipt Pro functionality remains fully available offline.
21. Intellectual Property
Receipt Pro and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Venizo Labs or its licensors.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• software,
• source code,
• user interface,
• graphics,
• layouts,
• icons,
• trademarks,
• documentation,
• databases,
• algorithms,
• visual assets,
• application design.
This Agreement grants only a limited license to use the Application.
No ownership rights are transferred.
22. User Content
Users remain solely responsible for all information created within Receipt Pro, including:
• receipts,
• warranty records,
• notes,
• exported PDF reports,
• CSV exports.
Users agree not to:
• violate applicable law,
• infringe intellectual property rights,
• upload unlawful material,
• misuse the Application for illegal activities.
23. Disclaimer of Warranty
Receipt Pro is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Venizo Labs makes no warranty that:
• the Application will operate without interruption,
• it will be error-free,
• OCR results will always be accurate,
• every receipt can be successfully recognized,
• all features will always remain available.
OCR accuracy depends on receipt quality, language, formatting, image clarity, and many other factors.
Receipt Pro does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
Users remain responsible for verifying important financial records.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Venizo Labs shall not be liable for:
• loss of data,
• loss of revenue,
• business interruption,
• indirect damages,
• incidental damages,
• consequential damages,
• punitive damages,
• third-party claims.
Users assume all risks arising from their use of the Application.
25. Data Loss
Receipt Pro primarily stores information locally.
Venizo Labs is not responsible for data loss resulting from:
• lost devices,
• stolen devices,
• factory resets,
• accidental deletion,
• operating system failures,
• hardware failures,
• third-party interference.
Users are encouraged to maintain their own backups by exporting important information.
26. Third-Party Services
Receipt Pro may integrate with Apple technologies including:
• StoreKit 2,
• Apple Vision,
• SwiftData,
• APNs,
• Sign in with Apple.
These services are operated by Apple under Apple's own terms.
Venizo Labs is not responsible for outages affecting Apple's services.
27. Apple-Specific Terms
Receipt Pro is distributed through the Apple App Store.
Apple:
• is not a party to this Agreement,
• is not the developer,
• is not responsible for technical support.
Apple acts solely as the distribution platform.
Nothing in this Agreement limits Apple's mandatory obligations under applicable law.
Venizo Labs remains responsible for fulfilling the obligations described in this Agreement.
28. Export Compliance
Users agree not to use or export Receipt Pro in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.
The Application may not be used in jurisdictions or by persons prohibited under applicable export regulations.
29. Force Majeure
Venizo Labs shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including:
• natural disasters,
• war,
• terrorism,
• internet failures,
• power outages,
• governmental actions,
• cyberattacks,
• widespread Apple service outages,
• other force majeure events.
30. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect for as long as you use the Application.
Venizo Labs may suspend or terminate the license granted under this Agreement without prior notice if you:
• materially breach this Agreement,
• use the Application for unlawful purposes,
• infringe intellectual property rights,
• compromise the security of the Application,
• engage in fraud, abuse, or activities intended to damage the service.
Upon termination, you must immediately discontinue use of the Application and remove any copies from your devices where required.
31. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
The parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions before pursuing formal legal remedies.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any non-waivable rights provided under applicable law.
32. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The invalid provision shall be interpreted or replaced to achieve, as closely as possible, its original legal purpose.
33. No Waiver
Failure by Venizo Labs to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
34. Assignment
Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Venizo Labs.
Venizo Labs may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
35. Changes to This Agreement
Venizo Labs may update this Agreement from time to time.
Material changes may be announced:
• within the Application,
• on the official website,
• or through other reasonable communication methods.
Continued use of Receipt Pro after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

37. Effective Date
This Agreement became effective on July 10, 2026.
It applies to all current and future versions of Receipt Pro.
38. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of Receipt Pro.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws require different terms, those laws shall prevail.
39. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, purchasing, accessing, or using Receipt Pro, you acknowledge that you have:
• read this Agreement,
• understood its terms,
• agreed to be legally bound by it.
