Minde is an offline-first task management and Pomodoro focus application. Your tasks are stored locally on your device and, when enabled by you, may be synchronized across your devices through iCloud.

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App:
* You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
* You may not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the App
* You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code of the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law

## 3. Premium Features
### 3.1 Free Version
The free version of Minde includes:
* A limit of 10 active tasks
* Access to the basic Pomodoro timer
* Basic task and category management
### 3.2 Free Trial
Minde may offer a 3-day free trial:
* The trial period provides access to premium features
* The free trial may only be used once per eligible user or account, subject to Apple's applicable policies and eligibility requirements
* After the trial period ends, the applicable limitations of the free version will take effect unless you have obtained Premium access
### 3.3 Lifetime Purchase
Minde may offer a one-time lifetime purchase:
* A single payment provides unlimited access to the applicable Premium features
* Lifetime access remains available for the supported version of the App, subject to these Terms and applicable platform policies
* Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
* Applicable pricing, taxes, and payment conditions are displayed through the App Store at the time of purchase

## 4. User Responsibilities
When using Minde, you agree to:
* Use the App only for lawful purposes
* Respect the rights of others
* Not engage in activities that may compromise the security, integrity, or operation of the App
* Not use automated systems, bots, scripts, or similar tools to abuse, interfere with, or exploit the App
* Not attempt to circumvent access restrictions, licensing mechanisms, or Premium entitlements

## 5. Intellectual Property
The App and its contents are owned by or licensed to Venizolabs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* The App's design, source code, user interface, graphics, logos, and visual elements
* The "Minde" and "Venizolabs" names and associated trademarks
* Other original content and materials provided through the App
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise use the App's intellectual property without appropriate authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

## 6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an **"as is"** and **"as available"** basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
* We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
* We do not guarantee that the App will meet all of your individual requirements
* We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, operating system changes, user actions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control
* We recommend regularly exporting or otherwise backing up important data
* We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the extent permitted by applicable law
* To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or the applicable Premium feature giving rise to the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

## 7. Data Responsibility
Your personal productivity data is stored on your device and remains under your control, subject to the operation of the App and any services you choose to enable.
When iCloud synchronization is enabled:
* Your data may be transferred to and stored on Apple's infrastructure
* iCloud synchronization is subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies
* Minde does not control Apple's iCloud infrastructure or availability
If you delete the App, locally stored App data may be permanently deleted from your device.
We recommend regularly exporting important data using the data export functionality provided by Minde where available.

## 8. Purchases and Refunds
All purchases made through the App are processed through the Apple App Store.
* Purchase prices are displayed through the App Store before purchase
* Refund requests must be submitted through Apple in accordance with Apple's applicable refund procedures and policies
* Venizolabs does not independently control Apple's refund process
* Prices may change from time to time
* Price changes will not retroactively alter completed purchases
Your use of App Store services is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.
